Booking Terms & Conditions

• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit payment.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full before the scheduled departure date.
• Cancellation charges may apply, and any refunds will be processed in accordance with the company's cancellation and refund policy.
• The company reserves the right to modify itineraries, schedules, or services due to weather conditions, safety requirements, operational reasons, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Clients are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, permits, travel insurance, and any other documents required for their journey.
• All participants are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully toward fellow travelers, guides, staff, and local communities throughout the tour.
• The company shall not be held liable for delays, losses, injuries, or additional expenses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• By making a booking, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
